Easy recovery run up to Sanderstead Roundabout. Around 3.5 miles.
pm: Gym
1 hour X-trainer session (40 mins hard with a final 5 min very hard)
3* 20 weighted squats (30-40kg)
3 * 20 deep weighted squats (10kg)
Brilliant session.
