6 * 50m Warm up
2 * 200m breathing drills (25m Recovery between each)
Main Set:
3 * 200m (30 second break)
5 * 100m (20 second break)
8 * 50m (10 second break)
Total Distance: 2200m
Moved up to the fast lane which was much harder, kept up but only just.
