16th Nov - Swim

SLH Training

300m w/u
3 * (250m drills & 6 * 50m, reducing stroke count each time).

Stroke count down to 12 on a few of the lengths, average about 17, feeling a lot smoother in the pool.

50m Fly and 50m w/d

Total: 2000m
