7 Nov - Gym
10 min warm up on X-trainer
3 * 20 of the following:
Body cross pull
side twist
side pull
jerk and lift (dumbells)
bicep curls
stomach twists
Body feeling very tired from a week of abuse, taper down for the weekend begins. Recovery run Thursday, short sharp run Friday.
